We provide each customer with a 100% money-back guarantee if all products are in good condition, within 14 days of delivery.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must inform bwowcosmetics via email within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
We will replace any defective items and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Products can only be returned if they are still sealed. unopened and packaged in original packaging. Used-looking products or products damaged by the customer or in any way opened will not be eligible for a refund.

Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 - 14 business days.
Return items to us by post within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact.
Please note: BWOW Cosmetics will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.

Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.

Request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the return parcel go missing.

Returning an item

We want you to love your cosmetics! If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us; we’ll replace that item for you. We’ll provide replacements for damages that happened during manufacturing, but not for products that were damaged through neglect, during postage or everyday use. If you select postage insurance during checkout, this will provide additional cover for any damages caused during transit.
