Ordering & Payment Policy

Payment Method 

We have tailored our buying to specifically meet the needs of individual purchases. When you fill up your basket with the products that you require simply click on ‘View Basket’ to check your choices. Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ and fill in the billing details. You have the option to choose your preferred method of payment which you may select. Once payment has been received the order will be processed and an order acknowledgement will be emailed to you confirming that payment has been received and your order is being processed and acknowledged. An estimated delivery date will also be advised via an email notification once the order has been processed for delivery and dispatched.

The payment system will accept most credit/debit card transactions. It is a cloud-based international payment system that is reliable and secure. 

All orders received Monday to Friday (apart from Bank holidays & annual shutdowns) are normally processed within 2 working days. Estimated delivery is normally 2-4 working days. However, delivery is dependent on the delivery option selected by the consumer and stock available once previous orders have been fulfilled in the order they are received.  

Payment must be made in full prior to any goods being shipped unless using Clear Pay or Klarna. Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. We can help you specify the right product for your needs.

If you think that you have ordered an item by mistake and wish to amend/cancel your order, please get in touch with us at Info@bwowcosmetics.com or via our website chat option. Amendments or cancellations of an order have to take place within 1hrs of placement of the order if you get in touch any later than this we cannot guarantee that your order has already been processed and it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.
