We will replace any defective items to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Products can only be returned if they are defective. Items must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Used or opened products, or items damaged by the customer, will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee of the purchased value.

Upon receipt of your package, the returned products will be inspected, and an exchange will be issued within 7 - 14 business days for defective items. No refunds will be provided, only exchanges for defective goods.

Return items to us by post within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unused, unopened, and have any original seals intact.

Please note: BWOW Cosmetics will only reimburse the cost of the products, not any postage or shipping fees.

Please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for action on your return.

The sender is responsible for the cost of returning the item. For safe delivery and peace of mind, we require the purchase of shipping protection for all purchases at checkout to cover any goods delivered, lost, damaged, or not arriving during transit.


Shipping Protection and Claims

Shipping protection must be applied to all purchases for all goods and purchased items, ensuring coverage for damaged, lost, or undelivered goods. This protection is applied automatically at checkout and covers the following:

  • Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
  • Stuck in transit for 7 days domestically or 14 days internationally are considered lost.
  • Damaged claims typically require photo evidence showing the damaged product.
  • There is a 2-day buffer between the delivery date and when we proceed with a claim for lost or stolen goods.
  • Police reports are required for claims over $500 or if there are red flags for fraud or suspicious activity.
  • Damaged goods are defined as products that are broken and unusable.

If you did not receive your ShipInsure ID number (starting with "SI") during checkout, please contact BWOW Cosmetics to obtain this number and assist with your claim.


Returning an Item

To ensure we process your return efficiently, items must be unused, unopened, and have all original seals intact. All packaging, cellophane wrapping, and tamper-resistant seals must be intact, otherwise, the item will be considered unfit for resale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

To ensure safe and secure returns, please:

  1. Re-package the parcel using strong packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Ensure the parcel is sealed securely and include your dispatch note/receipt inside.
  3. Request a proof of postage. Without proof of postage, we are unable to process claims should the return parcel go missing.

Returns Policy on Coloured Cosmetics Only and Skincare Products

We do not accept returns for coloured cosmetics unless the item is defective. If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us, and we will replace the defective item. Only defective items are eligible for an exchange, and no refunds will be provided for coloured cosmetics.

We’ll provide replacements for damages that occurred during manufacturing, but not for products that were damaged through neglect, during postage, or everyday use. If you select postage insurance during checkout, this will provide additional cover for damages caused during transit.

Return items to us by post within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unused, unopened, and have any original seals intact.

We do not accept returns for Hair Care, UK-made Skin Care, or Bath & Body products unless the item is defective. If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us, and we will replace it for you. Only defective items are eligible for an exchange, and no refunds will be provided for these products.
