We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on www.bwowcosmetics.com will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

MAINLAND UK: 

For UK Deliveries we are currently using EVRI

Standard Delivery is FREE for any orders over £100 for UK  as per checkout

UK Standard Delivery: 3-6 Days as per checkout

Royal Mail Standard First Class Delivery: 1-2 Days  as per checkout

Next Day Delivery (Order by 12PM, Delivered by Courier, with Tracking):  as per checkout

We ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail, Evri including and not limited to other carriers. If you require your order to be tracked then please select the correct tracking service at checkout. If your shipping does not include tracking then we will be unable to locate any lost parcels. Please ensure to select the appropriate shipping if you wish for your parcel to be tracked, as BWOW Cosmetics will not be held liable for any lost parcels which do not have a tracking selected against shipping at the time of checkout. 

ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS

We use UPS, Chit Chat, Fed-Ex, Royal Mail and many more depending on your location.

Standard Delivery is offered on all orders and FREE for any orders over the special order value in total.

Standard Delivery is: 6-12 Working Days - Sometimes sooner depending on your location.

We ship worldwide. If you do not see your location listed and would like to place an order. Please email us on info@bwowcosmetics.com with your shipping details and order requirements and we shall provide a shipping quote to you. Please ensure to select the appropriate shipping if you wish for your parcel to be tracked, as BWOW Cosmetics will not be held liable for any lost parcels which do not have a tracking selected against shipping at the time of checkout.
